About the project

During the summer of 2008 Studio Four were asked to provide a feasibility proposal for the construction of a focal point office and factory unit development on land owned by H.C.C at Basingstoke.

Our graphics team rose to the challenge producing a stunning set of 3D model visualisations together with plans and elevations for a new glass fronted and louvre shaped building with a focal point bridge over a foreground pond.

Oasis Cafe, Southampton General

This internal refurbishment scheme at Southampton General Hospital involved the complete stripping out of the old redundant League of Friends Tea Bar and two adjoining offices to create a larger space for the new Café named “ Oasis “

Bradley Stoke Leisure Centre

Studio Four assisted Createability and Alliance Leisure to provide South Gloucestershire Council and the Circadian Trust with improvements at two leisure centres outside Bristol.

God’s House Tower

God’s House Tower is a grade I listed building on Southampton’s seafront. In the 15th Century it was used as an artillery tower to protect the sluices beneath it

Business Park, Southampton

Our Southampton office were asked on behalf of the West Itchen Community Trust, to design a new Enterprise Park, consisting of small industrial units. There are separate lettable office areas on the first floor.

Kenwood

Studio Four were commissioned by Kenwood Delonghi Braun UK to provide a multi-phased refurbishment scheme at their Havant Business Park.

West Dean Barn

Studio Four Specialist Projects were approached in 2014 to be involved in a project to look at the development of an existing Listed barn owned by the clients in West Dean.

HCC Vehicle Workshop

Hampshire County Council had developed this scheme to the Planning Application stage and then required a Contractor-lead team to progress the project.

High Street, Southampton

Studio Four were asked to design a contemporary block of residential flats with ground floor commercial premises on a challenging site within the old part of the City.
