About the project
Developing a scheme by Colten Developments’ in-house architect, we prepared a detailed design and working drawings for Planning with the Client.
Stylistically, the building takes its references from the work of C.F.A. Voysey, the Arts and Crafts architect.
Containing 56 individual rooms over three principal floors and with full communal and service functions, the building makes maximum use of a tight site in a prominent position.
