About the project

Our Southampton office were requested to design a contemporary flat development scheme on behalf of Radian Housing. 

The scheme is for 6 special needs flats with wheelchair accommodation and caretaker’s office, in a tight site in the City Centre. Care had to be taken to ensure the flats and layouts were suitable for the clients’ needs and requirements. 

The building meets Sustainable Homes Level 4 and achieves Lifetime Homes Accreditation.

Project Value: £600,000 – £700,000 / Client: Radian / Status: Completed

The Maltings, West Dean

Full Planning Permission was obtained for the Maltings in West Dean late 2011. The site comprises a house and 2 barns which date back to the 18th & 19th Century and are currently unused.

4 Dwellings, Kings Worthy

After designing and obtaining Planning permission for the refurbishment of an existing bungalow and the creation of 3 new dwellings, Studio Four were appointed by Williams Ewan to develop the drawings for Building Regulations approval and construction.
