About the project

Studio Four were asked to design a contemporary block of residential flats with ground floor commercial premises on a challenging site within the old part of the City.

This vibrant and lively location required a thoughtful attitude to link the ‘old’ and the ‘new’. The proposal includes 2 floors of commercial units, underground parking and 112 residential flats.

The flats are to be of a high standard with a mixture of family houses and flats to solo apartments and penthouses. The frontage ground floor contains restaurants and shop areas.
