New Build House, Hamble

New build traditional 5 bedroom house on the site of an existing modern agricultural barn. A large kitchen / dining space will overlook fields to the rear.

Creation of a new build house over 3 storeys. The riverside elevation consists of 2 largely glazed wings, whilst the road facing elevation appears softer in scale.

This project involved the reconfiguration and extension of an existing bungalow, as well as the creation of a second floor by raising the roof.

Conversion of an existing Cart Shed into an annexe for a private dwelling, as well as the repair and refurbishment of a Grade II listed barn

Contemporary single storey swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room within the grounds of an existing dwelling in the New Forest National Park.

This project involved the removal of an existing low quality dwelling and replacement with a new but traditional brick and flint dwelling with 3 bedrooms.

This Listed Building, located on Sleeper’s Hill in Winchester, was designed by Ernest Newton RA – a leading Arts and Crafts Architect, who died in 1922.

Conversion and connection of 2 existing outbuildings. Other works include a new orangery and manipulation of the existing roof to create a larger master bedroom.
