About the project

Studio Four were appointed by Laishley to develop a planning permission for 3 townhouses and a block of 3 apartments in Winchester.

One of the challenges of the project was the proximity of the main railway line just 8m from the site boundary.

The Maltings, West Dean

Full Planning Permission was obtained for the Maltings in West Dean late 2011. The site comprises a house and 2 barns which date back to the 18th & 19th Century and are currently unused.
