About the project
Our Romsey office achieved planning permission in July 2018, for the removal of an existing bungalow on a site and replacement with a 5 bedroom contemporary house that utilises ground level differences to create an appropriately sized scheme on the site whilst providing the client with the spaces they require. The site has had a problematic history with numerous failed applications over many years. Technical design has been completed and works began on site in June 2019 with completion in March 2020
