Our Romsey office have just submitted a Class Q planning permission to convert an existing agricultural barn into a contemporary dwelling
The proposal provides a modern aesthetic that reflects the existing materials on site. The view from a quiet but public track will be similar to what currently exists. Whilst the private side of the house will be heavily glazed and provide a modern open plan living space that connects to the open landscape.
A guest bedroom is provided downstairs and 4 bedrooms on the first floor.
Although open plan in nature the separate living spaces on the ground floor have their own individual characteristics so to define the space and enclose the living room and kitchen into more intimate spaces.
The application was submitted via the assistance of Advoco Planning and local Structural Engineers, Andrew Waring Associates.
