Our Romsey office have just submitted a planning application for the removal of an existing bungalow on a site and replacement with a 5 bedroom contemporary house that utilises ground level differences and a basement to create an appropriately sized scheme on the site whilst providing the client with the spaces they require. The site has had a problematic history with numerous failed applications. Studio Four were approached in January 2018 and submitted a pre-application to the Council, the response was very favourable and so minor alterations were made and the scheme is now in for planning permission.
