About the project

The redevelopment of Christchurch Hospital continues, having been in design since 2012.

The refurbishment of Outpatients Department was completed last year, with this year seeing the construction of the major new build element; a curved wrap around building containing a GP Surgery, Pharmacy and Imaging.

These departments are now live, with the final phase of the new build; the new main entrance, undergoing construction for completion early in 2017, along with external parking and paths.

Further redevelopment will follow once the remaining site strategy is agreed.
