About the project

Our Romsey office have been working in close partnership with APECS Ltd based in Alton to provide a new storage and processing building for Hattingley Valley Vineyard.

Other works on site include new landscaping and re-organisation of other spaces within existing buildings. 

The project received planning permission in 2017 and works will start on site in Spring / Summer 2018 to deliver this project.

West Dean Barn

Studio Four Specialist Projects were approached in 2014 to be involved in a project to look at the development of an existing Listed barn owned by the clients in West Dean.

High Street, Southampton

Studio Four were asked to design a contemporary block of residential flats with ground floor commercial premises on a challenging site within the old part of the City.

Durley Chine Restaurant, Bournemouth

Studio Four were originally approached by Reside Construction to assist them in progressing the design and construction of a new beachfront café at Durley Chine.

Whitchurch Silk Mill : Competition Entry

Studio Four Specialist Projects submitted a competition entry for the redevelopment of Whitchurch Silk Mill which has recently received Heritage Lottery Funding.

Hampshire Fire & Rescue Headquarters

The Hampshire Fire and Rescue refurbishment (Phase 1) consists of four sections; garage and stores building, new training unit link extension, training unit link alterations and finally FST facility.

Extension to Playgolf Bournemouth Golf Club

Playgolf Management Ltd appointed Studio Four Architects to implement the design of a two storey extension to their existing golf clubhouse and 60 bay golf range

HCC Vehicle Workshop

Hampshire County Council had developed this scheme to the Planning Application stage and then required a Contractor-lead team to progress the project.

St.James Hospital Kitchens

The project comprised conversion of the existing kitchen at St James’ Hospital into a Central Food Production Unit (CFPU).

Bradley Stoke Leisure Centre

Studio Four assisted Createability and Alliance Leisure to provide South Gloucestershire Council and the Circadian Trust with improvements at two leisure centres outside Bristol.

Oasis Cafe, Southampton General

This internal refurbishment scheme at Southampton General Hospital involved the complete stripping out of the old redundant League of Friends Tea Bar and two adjoining offices to create a larger space for the new Café named “ Oasis “
