About the project
Planning Permission was received in July 2017 for this contemporary 4/5 bedroom house on the outskirts of Winchester.
The design provides a young family with a contemporary and bright house which has been designed for longevity as the family grows in age. The design meets code 4 standard for energy and water. Technical design is complete and works started on site in early January.
The main timber frame of the structure is prefabricated and will be brought to site in February and assembled in a short period of time.
