We will shortly be submitting a paragraph 80 planning application within the South Downs National Park with the assistance of Atlas Planning Group. The policy allows for the conversion of an agricultural dwelling into a house if certain criteria are met. See below for a photo of the existing and we will post more about this project in the New Year.

The proposal consists of a large 2 storey form at the front with double height entrance hall with large sections of glazing either side for through views. Within the main form of the dwelling are 6 en-suite bedrooms, an office, utility, pantry, boot room and laundry space. The existing rear structure will provide a large open plan kitchen / dining and living space partially segregated with a double sided fireplace structure. The single storey element across the back will have a meadow roof to soften the building with the landscape and provide softer views from first floor bedrooms
