Our Southampton office have obtained Planning Permission for a new build house in Warsash.

Proposals originally sought to retain the existing building, extend and refurbish with contemporary design elements. This project evolved to result in a total new build to allow for uncompromised accommodation and to fully meet the requirements of the client. The 2.5-storey building contains 5 bedrooms, en-suites, integrated garage, recessed and projecting balcony spaces and an office future-proofed to become a further bedroom with en-suite. The proposed building takes full advantage of water views to the west with full height glazing.
