We are pleased to have received Full Planning permission for a replacement dwelling in Oliver’s Battery, Winchester. The proposals include demolition of the existing property and construction of a new, contemporary three-storey dwelling with a clean, open plan interior, ample daylight and feature glazing to maximise the views across South Winchester Golf Club. In order to respect the character of the street scene and the existing site levels, as well as maximise privacy for the residents and neighbouring dwellings, the proposals extend down into the site, forming a new lower ground floor level with a sunken external patio area.
