We were delighted to secure Planning Approval within the New Forest National Park for a replacement dwelling. The brief was very much ‘traditional’, but with a modern form to the rear of the dwelling we have created an open plan living, kitchen and dining space for a young family, whilst retaining the traditional aesthetic elsewhere within the property. With assistance from Atlas Planning we were able to overcome the latest regulations in relation to Biodiversity Net Gain and provide a high quality dwelling for our clients. We are currently developing the Technical Design and hope to be starting on site in the summer.
