We are delighted to have obtained planning permission for 2 new dwellings in Hampshire. The project was taken to planning committee and 8 of the 9 officers voted for approval.
Our proposal replaces an existing low quality bungalow and a large agricultural barn, and the new buildings will be largely located on existing building footprints. The project was not without its challenges; being located in a conservation area and adjacent to a prominent public right of way.
Many thanks to Atlas Planning Group for their assistance in this project, and thank you to the client who have been a pleasure to work with (and thank you for the congratulatory bottles of wine!) We are very excited to be developing this project further in the New Year.
