In 2022 we obtained planning permission for a large new build ‘classical’ style detached house. The project involved the demolition of an existing low quality dwelling and replacement with a 7 bedroom, 3 storey house for a multi-generational family. A new 3 bay garage with storage above is also provided and sits perpendicular to the main dwelling on the site with a central landscaping feature on the new driveway and new entrance gates.
A large central entrance hall connects the spaces together and provides a double height space over the entrance door. The site is well screened from neighbouring buildings and the open plan living spaces to the rear of the dwelling overlooks a large wooded area.
The proposed dwelling is highly insulated and air source heat pumps are utilised to provide renewable energy for the home.
