A number of recent Planning permissions have been received:

  • An extension to our Chawton Park Surgery in Alton to create a new Pharmacy
  • Conversion and extension of the existing Kenneth Kettle Building at the University of Winchester to create a Learning Cafe with 81 fixed PCs, Cafe seating for 48, new Servery and Prep areas, additional WCs and external deck terraces for additional seating
  • New Media room, Gym, Bedroom/Study, en-suite and detached double garage at a private dwelling in Otterbourne
  • New detached garages and renewable energy generation at our Springvale Road Housing development, currently on site at Kings Worthy

All these projects will now be moving forward to construction, and we’re also hoping for positive decisions on three other applications shortly.
