About the project

Studio Four Specialist Projects have recently completed a new build stockman’s cottage in Kingsclere.

The proposal provides modern, open plan accommodation for the stockman and his family who work for the farm and need to be strategically positioned for better access.

The existing site provides a convenient open space/gap between an existing orchard and neighbouring property for the location of this new development.

The development has been sighted in a way that makes use of the current gated entrance, without a need to disturb the existing natural hedgerows which in turn will provide a degree of privacy between the new development and the remainder of the farm.
