About the project
A Planning Application was approved in 2019 for the extensive re-modelling, extending and refurbishment of an existing private dwelling just outside the South Downs National Park.
The existing dwelling is built into the site which has multiple level changes. Our proposal seeks to create a more prominent front entrance as well as create additional living space by raising the roof up at the back to create 4 bedrooms. The master suite will benefit from a balcony with views across to an English Heritage site. Downstairs the side extension will provide a larger kitchen / dining and living space for this couple and their 4 young children.
The project completed on site in December 2021, with extensive landscaping to follow in Spring 2022
