About the project

Studio Four Specialist Projects were asked to produce designs for 4no. private rooms which were to be linked to the main public house in Whitchurch.

The design was based around existing tree structures and takes advantage of a sloping site by building in the structure minimising the impact and scale of the building.

The pavilion style architecture creates a lightweight looking building of timber, glass, brickwork and a landscaped roof.

The planning application was submitted in July 2015 with assistance from Planning Consultants; Advoco Planning

The Maltings, West Dean

4 Dwellings, Kings Worthy

After designing and obtaining Planning permission for the refurbishment of an existing bungalow and the creation of 3 new dwellings, Studio Four were appointed by Williams Ewan to develop the drawings for Building Regulations approval and construction.
