About the project

Studio Four obtained planning permission for the conversion of an existing barn in Awbridge.

The conversion will provide a new residential unit with 3 bedrooms that will allow the client to move into during their retirement. The intention is to then sell the existing house in due course.

This project is currently in detailed design stage
